This site is dedicated to the memory of Stanley Crosby.

This Breath of Life Fund is in honour of our funny, energetic, inimitable Dad, who died on Thu 2nd Jun 2011, peacefully in his sleep at home. Even at the end, Dad's brain was very sharp, but his body gave out; he couldn't breathe. He had Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Thus we are seeking donations please to this Fund which is run by the British Lung Foundation. If we hit £2k, the BLF will plant a tree in Dad's honour. Such a fitting tribute: Something so natural and beautiful that breathes in CO2 but breathes out life-critical oxygen. Please highlight this Fund to others, in the hope that we can raise money to aid vital research into lung disease. Although it's too late to help Dad, we can help others. Thank you very much.

And, on Sun 26 Apr 2015, the AMAZING Scott Crosby (grandson of
Stan Crosby) will be running the London Marathon. Please, give
generously for this very worthy cause. Thank you.

And, on Sun 31st Jul 2011, the impressive Justin Speake from Bloor Research did the Ironman UK Triathlon (Swim: 2.4 miles; Bike: 112 miles; Run: 26.2 miles). He volunteered to do it for a very worthy cause: This Fund. 'Again, please give generously. Thank you.
